Property Investments North Shore Limited is located on Auckland’s North Shore.We are both property developers and property development consultants.

We believe that a blend of four key factors makes our business unique in our market.

Firstly, few property developers offer consultancy services preferring instead to focus their resources on completing their own development projects. We don’t.

Through our property development consulting services our skills and expertise are made available to other companies and individuals seeking to either invest in the industry, or alternatively those parties with wishing to maximize the value in the property assets they own.

Secondly our consultancy services offer our national and international clients a one stop shop thereby providing a much more efficient option than having to locate and manage a variety of individual professional services including planners, surveyors, engineers, architects, arborists and others. In effect we can provide a single central co-ordination point for a development irregardless of size.

Thirdly, we believe that our overseas experience enables to provide creative solution and concepts that might not otherwise be provided by those with purely New Zealand based property development experience. This is particularly valuable in locations like Auckland’s North Shore where green field development sites are fast becoming a rarity and specialist site amalgamation skills are required.

Finally our willingness to consider taking joint venture positions in certain situations and more specifically take an equity position in lieu of fees when providing consulting services offers our clients a much wider range of options.
